I am Rishard M. Butts, CEO and Principal Consultant of RMB Strategies & Solutions, LLC. At RMB S&S, our values that are exemplified daily are Community, Excellence, Service, and Courage.
During the midst of a global pandemic and national racial uprising where so many of us were simply trying to survive, I launched RMB S&S to support every individual and organization on their journey to see expansion and success. I know challenges and areas of growth will always exist, but I believe implementing smart strategies and sustainable solutions will ultimately generate success.
My experience has uniquely shaped me to be a leader and educator in areas of diversity and inclusion, leadership development and capacity-building, networking and community organizing, partnerships and events, and marketing. However, my specialty is simply pouring into and developing people or organizations as if I was pouring into myself.
